The Bizhub 161 is a compact, multifunctional desktop unit with advanced network connectivity for seamless information distribution.

Scan & Send
While the Bizhub 161 is a black-and-white machine, a TWAIN-compatible colour scanner comes standard. It can provide colour documents without the need to purchase a separate flatbed scanner. With the additional realism of colour scanned data can add extra power to any document.

Printing Functions
Equipped with both parallel port and USB interfaces, the Bizhub 161 lets you output data from a wide range of PCs quickly and smoothly. The 161 is equipped with a PCL printer, which offers 16 pages/min. output at 1200dpi equivalent x 600dpi superior image quality and a RIP Once function for increased productivity. The PCL printer expands your printing options and allows for advanced functionality that can save time.

Convenient Functions
The 160/161 series can store a maximum of 750 sheets, thanks to an optional tray that can hold up to 500 sheets and a bypass tray that can hold up to 10 sheets. Load labels, envelopes, OHP film and other paper types onto the bypass tray for specialised document output.

Universal Design
Thanks to the 160/161 series' universal design, the control panel is easy to see and use. By paying meticulous attention to details - as seen in the large, smartly-positioned buttons, and displaying function descriptions in white characters against a dark gray panel - we've made the 160/161 series amazingly simple to operate.
