Pankaj Abhyankar is Senior Vice President and leads the Tooling business at Godrej & Boyce. As the head of one of India’s largest Tooling businesses, he is responsible for the profitable growth of the business that largely caters to key mobility sectors like Automotive, Railways & Metros as well as supporting the other Businesses of Godrej & Boyce for their Automation and productivity needs.

Since joining Godrej & Boyce as Senior Production Officer in 1990, Pankaj has had the opportunity to gain exposure across multiple industries and functions including Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Strategic Sourcing, Product Development, Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

During his tenure at G&B, Pankaj was the Product Supply Head for the Appliance business between 2006 and 2014 and was responsible for the outbound supply chain of appliances to ensure products and spares availability across 28 branch depots to cater to over 1200 distributors and dealer outlets. This involved astute demand forecasting and inventory management to ensure optimal replenishment of products and spares at all the Godrej outlets across the country and with overseas trade partners.

As the head of the Commercial division between 2016 and 2020, he was responsible for supporting Godrej & Boyce’s multiple consumer facing businesses in their retail network through primary and secondary logistics operations across 28-30 locations. Under his leadership, the smooth changeover to the new ERP and the GST regime was achieved in 2017 while supporting business growth in traditional and new age channels. Significant changes in the network through warehouse and route consolidations leveraged the GST opportunities for bottom line benefits through distribution and inventory cost reductions.

Pankaj holds a Production Engineering degree from Mumbai University. He also holds a Master's in Financial Management from Mumbai University and completed the Executive Management Program from Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai. Pankaj is also a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, CSCP (APICS) and a certified TOC practitioner.

In his leisure time enjoys reading, chess and is an enthusiastic Yoga practitioner.

He lives in Mumbai with his family.

Rohinton D Contractor is the Executive Vice President & Head, Corporate Procurement, EXIM Services & Finance at Godrej & Boyce as well as Non-Executive Director of Godrej Infotech Limited (a wholly owned G&B subsidiary).

As a part of his current role in the Procurement function, Rohinton spearheads several initiatives on Strategic Procurement including major inputs like steel, Supply Chain and digitizing the Procure to Pay systems to improve productivity, accuracy and correctness. Under his leadership, Procurement and International Finance have adopted a ‘Digital-First’ mindset, thereby unlocking productivity and providing insights to all the 14 businesses of the company on commodities and major procurement items, as well as risk management practices including hedging of foreign exchange risks across currencies and tenures.

Rohinton is also responsible for handling Indirect taxes like Customs Duty, Foreign Exchange Regulation Act (FEMA), Import Export Policy in addition to handling EXIM services, exports benefits, customs rules and procedures related to international trade. He has been instrumental in establishing a strong import procurement system.

Rohinton has had experience and roles across functions since he joined Godrej & Boyce as a management trainee in 1988 in areas like Procurement, EXIM, International Banking & Finance, Foreign Exchange and Commodity Management.

As the Director of Godrej Infotech Limited (GITL), he has been pivotal in taking GITL global, by establishing branches in Dubai and Saudi. Under his dynamic leadership LVD Godrej Infotech, a joint venture in Belgium, Godrej Infotech Singapore and Godrej Infotech Americas were also conceived and formed. He is also on the Board of GITL global subsidiaries.

A Commerce Graduate from University of Mumbai, a Fellow Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Rohinton was selected for CII-Fulbright Leadership Management Programme in 2005 and also completed his Executive Management at Carnegie Mellon University, Illinois, USA. He was awarded ‘Life Fellow Membership’ at Indian Institute of Materials Management and was an active member of the Economic Affairs Committee, Customs Regulations and Foreign Trade Policy of the Confederation of Indian Industry. Rohinton was also a part of the Board of Engineering & Construction Risk Institute, USA.

In his leisure time he enjoys playing badminton, golf, swimming and yoga. He has developed a keen interest in technical analysis using Elliott Wave Theory.

Anil Lingayat is Executive Vice President and leads the Material Handling Division, Godrej & Boyce. In this capacity, he is responsible for transforming business to adapt to newer practises and processes in line with global standards, digitalising processes across the value chain and catering to the needs of customers like online commerce companies.

Anil joined Godrej & Boyce as Graduate Engineer Trainee in 1985 and has since accumulated experience across multiple functions like Sales & Marketing, Service, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. He was instrumental in setting up the Godrej Storage Solutions (SSG) business in Chennai. He has also headed Supply Chain, Sourcing and Manufacturing Operations for SSG unit and served as Supply Chain Head for Godrej Interio.

Anil holds a Mechanical engineering degree from Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute Technology and Science, Indore.

He is a sports enthusiast and loves playing Tennis and Basketball. He is a district level swimmer. He also likes to spend time doing Yoga and exercise. He enjoys travelling and socializing with people and immersing himself with new technologies.

He lives in Mumbai with his family.

Shyam joined Godrej & Boyce in the year 1998. His professional career with G&B includes his roles as Vice President - Marketing & Exports at Godrej Appliances followed by his next role as Vice President & Business Head in Retailing Business. Over the years, Shyam has steered his business functions to exceptional growth.

He joined Godrej Locking Solutions & Systems Business in 2009 as the Executive Vice President & Business Head. Under his leadership, the Division has built an extra-ordinary product portfolio. His vision led to early adoption of advanced engineering equipment, new & innovative technology and internationally accredited management systems and processes.

Shyam has a Bachelors' Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Vallabhai Regional Engineering College and joined M/S Bharat Bijlee Ltd. as an 'Industrial Engineer. He later went on to complete his MBA in Marketing from K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai University. Prior to joining Godrej, he has had a stint with a Real Estate company followed by a role in a Pharma Company with their Cosmetic Business Division and later leadership roles in Sales & Marketing with Godrei Soaps. Foods and Household Insecticides.

An ardent lover of art & sports, he enjoys cooking, travelling & listening to music during his leisurely hours.

With a career of over 25 years and a Master’s degree in Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai, Jyothirlatha is a stalwart when it comes to ever-evolving technology. She has spent over a decade each at ICICI Bank and TCS in various roles. She has also led the technology department at Vodafone-mPesa and was appointed as the Chief Technology Officer at Dewan Housing Finance Limited.

At GHF, she is on her way to building a new-age, customer-first technology platform that will be the bedrock of product innovation for years to come.

Anup Mathew is Senior Vice President and leads Godrej & Boyce’s Real Estate and Construction business operations. During his tenure, he has helped accelerate the growth of Godrej Construction, consistently year after year.

Anup has been a keen proponent and driven the adoption of the lean philosophy within Godrej Construction that has helped the business reduce waste and improve the productivity at construction sites and manufacturing units, resulting in process optimization and improved product delivery, as well as greater customer satisfaction.

Anup joined Godrej & Boyce as a Management Trainee in 1991 and began his career as an engineer on a construction project site. Thereafter, he had the opportunity to hold diverse roles and responsibilities within the organization. In 2001, Anup started a new Real Estate Leasing Business for the company. Since then, it has grown to be one of the most profitable businesses in the portfolio.

Anup is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Institute for Lean Construction Excellence (ILCE), India. ILCE helps organizations in the Construction & Real Estate Sector benefit from the adoption of lean practices, develop a lean culture within the organization, continuously improve productivity, and develop the built environment in a more sustainable way.

Anup is a graduate of Civil Construction Engineering and has a Master’s in Construction Management from the National Institute of Construction Management & Research (NICMAR), India. Additionally, he holds a Diploma from The Swedish Institute of Management, Stockholm, Sweden. In the year 2012, he successfully completed the Fulbright Program from The Tepper School of Business at the Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, U.S.A.

In his spare time, Anup enjoys listening to music, sketching & painting. He also enjoys reading and studying the Bible and is particularly interested in the subject of eschatology.

With an illustrious career spanning over 25 years, Harpreet Kaur is one of the eminent leaders across the HR value chain. She joined Godrej & Boyce in 1995 as a B-School Graduate. In her initial years, she led Corporate Industrial Relations along with full oversight on all Support Service functions as an HR Leader. Over the years, Harpreet has held various HR leadership positions in Furniture Division (now known as Godrej Interio), Industrial Relations and Corporate Human Resources, and has played a key role in Organisation wide interventions and Partnership 2000.

With her exemplary efforts for the organisation as an HR leader, in 2012, she took charge as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Human Resources Department, and subsequently, in 2015 she was elevated as Head of Corporate Personnel Department, Corporate Social Responsibility and Archives.

With varied experience in HR & IR domain, Harpreet is efficiently imparting her knowledge for the betterment of the organisation. Currently, she is leading an HR transformational journey by creating a strong employer brand, developing talent and strengthening performance culture, thus making Godrej & Boyce a winning organisation.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. She holds Diplomas in Labour Laws and Taxation Laws from Symbiosis Law College, Pune. Harpreet is an active member of the National Human Resource Development Network.
